Airbnb Fekat Circus

Creative Producer, Airbnb | Filmed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 2019

Airbnb independently produced a short documentary about Fekat Circus based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Fekat Circus seeks to save the world with the circus arts, bringing in underprivileged kids from the community to teach them about art, teamwork, and their own potential. With raising rent prices, they almost got kicked out of their compound before deciding to put a private room on Airbnb. By opening their doors to the rest of the world on Airbnb, not only are they are able to save their circus, they create lasting bonds with the guest community along the way.
